We can check if a player joined a group by its userid using:
https://api.steampowered.com/ISteamUser/GetUserGroupList/v0001/?key=WEBAPIKEY&steamid=STEAMID

Here are the common groups:

  • 37856839: Extortion (followers of app 1299430)
  • 41229110: Alchemistry (followers of app 1730540)
  • 44529211: Manufactur'inc (followers of app 2146380)

Check the groups manually using https://steamcommunity.com/gid/ID
