Have the energy at an okay price for selling and buying but:

• The more you buy, the more expensive it gets (Xkwh = standard price, then X2 = double price, then X3 = quadruple price, ...)
• The more you sell, the cheaper it gets (same thing but reversed)

Only based on the current player, not the whole playerbase
